MEETINGS & MEMBERSHIP
Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month at the Picture Rocks Community Center. Meetings begin at 7:00 p.m., but all are invited to come early, at 6:30 p.m, for Iced Tea Social Time, an opportunity to meet and visit with neighbors. Meetings usually have guest speakers of interest to the community, and are free and open to all.
Guest speakers have included office holders and candidates for public office, and representatives from Sheriff's and Fire Departments, Trico Electric, Pima County Flood Control and other County departments, Old Pueblo Archaeology, Saguaro National Park, Pima Animal Care Center, Marana Unified School District, etc. -- addressing a wide range of community interests and concerns.
Membership in Citizens for Picture Rocks is open to all area residents interested in making our community a better and safer place to live. Dues are $25/year for a family membership, or $20/year for an individual. Membership applications are available at the regular monthly meetings.
